Greetings from Betsy Goldberg, Founder
Betsy is a native Cincinnatian and graduate of Walnut Hills High School. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. After college and marriage, Betsy spent 33 years raising her family and honing her packing skills in Massachusetts, Northern Virginia, South Florida and New Mexico before returning home to Cincinnati in 2007. Her love of working with people has dominated all aspects of her personal and professional life. As a retail business owner for over 10 years, customer service was her number one priority. Owning a garden and patio accessory store and managing a glass art gallery provided the opportunity to perfect the art of packing and shipping both fragile and bulky household items. Packing safely and securely has become second nature to her. At times it seems she should have been a professional mover since she’s moved her family, friends and business dozens of times.

Kayla hails from the tiny village of New Holland, Ohio. She attended Eastern Kentucky University and graduated with a degree in Anthropology. When she decided to move from New Holland to Cincinnati 2 years ago,a friend mentioned an open position with Queen City Transitions and the rest is history! Helping her mother take care of her grandmother for many years gave Kayla the understanding of how important elder care is. Her favorite part of working for Queen City Transitions is the moment the client walks into the apartment for the first time and their first words are "I'm home!" When Kayla is not working, she enjoys playing with her puppy, Archie, exploring the city, or just spending time with her friends and family.
I'm originally from the Hudson, Ohio between Cleveland and Akron and a Buckeye! I am married and live in Milford with my husband and two girls 14 and 16.We enjoy traveling, long walks with our dog Bella and going to the girls activities from tennis to drama. I enjoy when themove is complete and the owners of the suite see their new "home" for the first time and they love it, because it is all of their belongings arranged in a loving way that makes them feel at home.
